I just updated all the photos up until yesterday. I'm happy to say that I've been able to keep up with my Daily Photo since the beginning of this year. It's easier when I tell myself it doesn't have to be perfect...just document the day to day stuff. I know I will be so thrilled to see this at the end of the year.
Hey, what does the photo "Plan B" mean. Are you looking to move?

We are. :( We are so upside down in our house (bought it for $445 and it's valued at about $220) and my business has slowed up a LOT with the economy issues we have going on out here. We've been trying to modify our loan for over a year and a half and we finally had to stop making our house payments so they would even deal with us. Well...the bank has stalled and lost paperwork so many times that we are now dealing with Fannie Mae to try one last time for a modification. We got our trustee sale auction date (april 5th) so we've been scrambling trying to figure out what to do. My dad has agreed to buy a house for us and rent it to us until we can purchase it...but it's not a smooth process with him. He's got all kinds of rules (no pool, no two story, has to be cheaper than what we want...) and then he
changes him mind every other day.
Like I said...it's been VERY stressful lately. Ultimately we are going to end up foreclosing on our beautiful house and that's the very last thing we wanted to have happen. :(
